Requirements
- Demonstrated HRBP expertise, including partnering with leaders in global settings and navigating international HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong background in foundational HR knowledge and strategic HR matters
- Strong communication skills,trust/credibility and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, proven ability to diagnose challenges and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas, including employee relations, organizational development, leadership development
- Ability to travel for business (if applicable)
- HR Certification such as HRCI (US) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support NORAM and Global leaders and their teams and Partner closely with regional HRBPs to maintain consistency of HR strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Guide implementation of Talent Management initiatives, including organizational development, succession planning, performance management, employee Engagement/Satisfaction, recognition, employee relations and data analysis.
- Serve as a member of the management team of the designated Business Groups.
- Support discussions and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization.
- Guide leadership in the people management area and act as the facilitator for the management team
- Partner with and coach the business leadership team to facilitate organizational and cultural change. Lead change management projects.
- Educate the business on People and Culture trends that affect the business
- Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies to enhance workforce performance and build strategic capabilities; mitigate risk to the organization; ensure the direct relationship between management and employees
