Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or related industries
  • Proven experience in regional sales leadership roles, managing large-scale revenue portfolios (>$250M)
  • Strong track record of leading and developing geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management, complex deal negotiation, and contract management
  • Deep understanding of electronic components, systems, and solution-based selling approaches
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales execution by identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic business opportunities with key and target accounts
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine account strategies and sales plans aligned with broader business objectives
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM tools to ensure revenue and growth targets are met
  • Drive demand generation activities and ensure opportunities are effectively progressed through the sales cycle
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals and field engineers across multiple locations
  • Define and execute regional commercial strategies, aligning with global priorities and ensuring consistent delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer programs, remove obstacles, and enhance overall execution
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development
