Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Foundation in software development with experience in production software.
- Experience in regulated compliance environments such as PCI DSS or SOC 2.
- Comfort with owning product direction and shaping what gets built.
- Effective delegation skills and detail-oriented when necessary.
- Inquisitive and eager to learn with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience driving AI-assisted development adoption.
- Understanding of B2B2C business value creation.
- Innovative, action-oriented energy in driving change and inspiring colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes for your teams — not just delivery.
- Servant Leader to SAFe/Scrum cross-functional teams, mentoring, managing, and leading direct reports.
- Coach and elevate Product Owners to connect features to business value and measurable results.
- Identify, mentor, and grow senior development leads into development managers.
- Drive AI as a product capability and development practice.
- Encourage best practices in development, testing, DevOps, and software architecture.
- Interface with all parts of the business, translating strategic intent into engineering scope.
- Guide personal and career development of your people.
- Ensure teams work together and that each person has a voice.
