Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience working with WordPress website development
- Strong experience building websites using WordPress and Beaver Builder
- Experience taking website projects from requirements and design through full implementation and launch
- Strong understanding of WordPress site structure, page building, and plugin management
- Ability to troubleshoot layout, plugin, and functionality issues within WordPress environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing assigned development tasks and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams in a remote environment
- Familiarity with TypeScript or modern JavaScript environments
- Experience working with recruitment technology platforms such as Bullhorn ATS
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience supporting integrations between websites and external platforms
Responsibilities
- Build complete websites and landing pages using WordPress and Beaver Builder based on project requirements and design specifications
- Translate project requirements and design concepts into functional WordPress pages and layouts
- Develop and structure pages using Beaver Builder and WordPress page building tools
- Install, configure, and maintain WordPress plugins required for website functionality
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for WordPress websites
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and technical needs
- Assist with integrations between websites and external systems when needed
