- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
- Experience in adapting designs for various devices.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design trends and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data.
- Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze user and business needs to create effective interfaces with a focus on onboarding journeys.
- Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
- Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals, with strong creativity in UI to enhance onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
- Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly for highly engaging and intuitive interactions.
- Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations.
- Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
- Ensure seamless user experiences by considering information architecture and user journeys.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during the development process.
