Requirements
- 5–7 years of backend engineering experience in high-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Go, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-concurrency environments.
- Solid understanding of caching, queues, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Responsibilities
- Ability to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices.
- Experience architecting distributed systems capable of handling high concurrency and real-time traffic.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Experience owning end-to-end feature development from design to deployment.
- Ability to optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless releases.
- Participation in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
