Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technical product area (platforms, APIs, data products, or infrastructure-adjacent systems)
- Proven track record in shipping complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Solid analytical skills - comfort with data, SQL, and metrics is table stakes for this role
- Structured problem-solving - ability to break down ambiguous, complex systems into actionable plans
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work (discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation) with strong validation discipline
- Strong command of English and Polish (C1+)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (high-nuance English)
- Collaborative, hands-on team player with high ownership and a bias toward action
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and write clear product briefs
- Identify high-leverage opportunities to use offer and merchant data to drive business goals (growth, revenue, retention, product quality)
- Explore new product surfaces and external plays (B2C/B2B) and turn them into crisp briefs and prototypes
- Own the roadmap for offer intelligence capabilities
- Drive execution end-to-end
