- Knowledge of the business domain—legal and business regulations regarding the specializations of physicians, dentists, pharmacists, laboratory diagnosticians, nurses, midwives, and other professions relevant to healthcare
- Experience serving as an analyst on at least 3 projects where software development was based on agile methodology, and tasks assigned by the candidate to the development team were described as user stories
- Knowledge of issues related to IT architecture modeling, IT system design, and software engineering
- Ability to gather business requirements for IT projects
- Bachelor’s degree
