Requirements
- Proven CRO and conversion improvement track record.
- Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Expert-level knowledge of Hubspot CMS / CRM.
- Understanding of AI tooling (agentic web development, MPC).
- Solid UX / UI / design instincts.
- Testing rigour and experimentation methodology.
- Comfortable owning a growth channel with high autonomy.
- Strong cross-functional communicator.
- Data-led decision making - GA4, attribution, funnel analysis.
- High bar for quality and clarity in UX and messaging.
- Remote-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritise the website growth roadmap against pipeline and acquisition goals.
- Conduct conversion optimisation across all key journeys: homepage, product pages, pricing, trial and demo flows.
- Drive experimentation velocity, with AI tooling compressing the time between idea and insight.
- Design and build pages from concept to launch, using Hubspot CMS with strong HTML, CSS, and JS fundamentals.
- Develop technical page architecture that supports both search and AI visibility (schema markup, information hierarchy, structured data).
- Monitor and improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals, technical health, and load speed.
- Utilize GA4, heatmaps, and session data to generate insights and inform decisions.
- Manage CMS architecture and scalability for fast updates and consistent quality.
- Generate and pressure-test CRO hypotheses using AI.
- Brief and iterate page variants at speed and automate routine audits and performance checks.
