3+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js)
Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Express, Python, Ruby, or Java)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with version control systems like Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications (frontend + backend)
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features
Build and integrate APIs, services, and third-party tools
Optimize applications for scalability, speed, and security
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
