Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production systems, ideally in early-stage or fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to design systems where speed and reliability genuinely matter
- Strong Python experience
- Strong TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with blockchain products or on-chain systems
- Good product judgement and the ability to connect technical decisions to user outcomes
- Familiar with Solidity and EVM-based development, including writing, deploying and interacting with smart contracts
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making progress without a fixed playbook
- A hands-on, practical mindset with a bias towards shipping
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap from early research and prototyping through to production
- Design and build the core systems behind live market creation, pricing and decision-making
- Make key architecture decisions, balancing speed, reliability, cost and scale
- Build quickly, test ideas early and strengthen what works after validation
- Work closely with the GM to shape the product experience, not just the underlying technology
- Collaborate with infrastructure partners
- Use AI tools and agents as a practical force multiplier to speed up thinking, building and delivery
