Requirements
- Experience building full-stack systems at meaningful scale
- Comfortable architecting backend services
- Comfortable shipping frontend code that customers interact with daily
- Proficiency in Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python
- Fluency across the stack to own features end-to-end
- Understanding of APIs
- Understanding of distributed systems
- Understanding of tradeoffs between speed and reliability in production environments
- Enjoy working with customers and understanding human problems
- Experience shipping in fast-moving environments
- Curiosity about how LLMs work and excitement about building practical applications on top of them
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and ship full-stack features that directly solve customer compliance challenges
- Own the technical relationship with key customers; implementing solutions, gathering requirements, and translating feedback into product improvements
- Build scalable services and APIs that power the LLM compliance platform while keeping the customer experience front and center
- Make high-impact technical decisions quickly, accountable to engineering standards and customers
- Challenge assumptions on "why" and "how", directly influencing what and how products are built
- Shape the product roadmap and engineering practices as the company scales
