- Proven ability to deploy VCF environments
- Proven ability to upgrade VCF environments
- Proven ability to maintain VCF environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel full-time to various client sites
- VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or equivalent) - preferred
- Experience working in DoD or government environments - preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools for VMware deployments - preferred
- Familiarity with scripting for VMware deployments - preferred
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
- Upgrade and optimize vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX infrastructures.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
- Ensure system security and compliance in accordance with DoD and government standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless deployment solutions.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments.
