Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience
- Strong full stack foundation (front end frameworks, back end/API development, databases)
- Familiar with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Dataverse, or Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET for server-side development; plug-ins, APIs, or enterprise integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customization (JS Client API or equivalent)
- Experience with solution ALM through structured dev/test/prod environment management
- Comfortable owning Web API/integration work: upsert patterns, syncing data across systems, handling edge cases reliably
- Strong communication skills with limited oversight, raising blockers early, and engaging clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Redesign CRM data models and UX to scale product hierarchy, ease of use, and support reporting
- Build and maintain C# plug-ins and server-side rules for data consistency and business logic
- Own front-end customization and form scripting using JS Client API for intuitive in-system experience
- Deliver integrations connecting CRM to adjacent platforms via Web API/upsert patterns
- Drive automation and workflow design mirroring sales and quoting operations
- Apply enterprise delivery discipline for solution packaging, data migration, access control, and documentation
- Collaborate on governance and acceptance with internal CRM stakeholders
