- 4+ years shipping production React/Next.js and TypeScript
- Experience owning full-stack features from idea to deploy
- Comfort with PostgreSQL and serverless infrastructure (Vercel, Cloudflare)
- Built something real with LLMs
- AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode) are part of your daily workflow (strong signal)
- Built multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM-powered features (strong signal)
- Understand embeddings, vector search, or agent architecture at the technical level (strong signal)
- Ship fast without shipping garbage (strong signal)
Responsibilities
- Build autonomous AI agents and multi-step LLM workflows
- Automate complex tasks for thousands of sales and marketing teams
- Own features end-to-end: design conversations, build in Next.js (App Router) + tRPC, ship to production
- Ensure real users benefit from what you built, often within the same week
- Contribute to greenfield projects with no legacy code
- Work on autonomous agents with planning, tool use, and memory
- Develop an operational platform (dashboards, workflow automation, client management)
- Build LLM-powered onboarding and personalization pipelines
