Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment analysis, or similar roles in high-growth or product-led environments
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to real business and product outcomes
Experience working with ambiguous data environments and the ability to independently structure analysis and insights
Strong understanding of how digital or subscription-based businesses operate, including key performance drivers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset with strong execution focus and low ego approach to collaboration

Responsibilities

Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core product and business lines, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into business health
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support product strategy, pricing decisions, investment planning, and long-term growth initiatives
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand and evaluate key drivers of growth, user behavior, and revenue performance
Define, track, and refine key financial and operational metrics that accurately reflect business performance and scalability
Improve financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to support a rapidly scaling, data-driven organization
