  • High proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
  • Comfort working with AI tools for workflow optimization, copy drafting, or creative iteration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining structure without slowing execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, strategy, and production teams.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, or agency environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of creative production workflows, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, projects, and timelines while maintaining visibility and accountability at every stage.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex campaigns and video productions, ensuring alignment from briefing through final delivery.
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent creative requests, including static, video, and motion assets, without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Maintain and optimize Monday.com as the single source of truth for project tracking, timelines, and team capacity.
  • Run weekly creative status meetings, driving alignment, surfacing risks, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain resourcing and capacity models to proactively identify bottlenecks and workload imbalances.
  • Implement and improve creative operations workflows, including AI-driven tools and automation opportunities.
  • Support the team in using AI tools for copy drafting, creative iteration, and structured feedback loops.
  • Ensure clear communication across creative, production, and leadership teams, keeping projects moving efficiently.
