Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout campaign lifecycles, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources using project management tools and frameworks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Lead regular client communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and providing updates.
- Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights and client-friendly narratives.
- Identify potential risks to timelines or budgets and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project scope, communications, and deliverables.
- Support campaign analysis and reporting using SEO and digital marketing tools when needed.
