- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to confidently engage both small groups and large audiences
- Experience designing and delivering management training programs
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced or scaling organizations preferred
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and facilitating discussions across different levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company onboarding experience
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences
- Iterate on and scale existing training programs
- Support the development of manager and leadership capability
- Facilitate company-wide forums such as All Hands
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
- Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, leaders, and functional teams
