Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in project management
- 3-5 years' minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions
- High level of knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle
- Experience with ERP and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com. etc.)
- High collaboration and ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
- Ability to hold others accountable to project deadlines and follow up with stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Serve as the acquisition integration partner for assigned functions/workstreams, supporting the planning and execution and acquisition integrations and strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with assigned functional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate integration activities, manage timelines, report on progress, and ensure successful execution of integration plans
- Leverage the due diligence learnings for their assigned workstreams to develop and manage comprehensive integration plans focused on facilitating the strategic investment thesis and mitigating risk, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Obtain alignment from Senior Leadership Team, Corp Dev leadership and Departmental Leadership on initial planning
- Lead the execution of integration projects within assigned workstreams. Responsible for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership across their assigned workstreams, NewCo, and Integration Management Office to orchestrate integration activities and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned integration workstreams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Conduct postmortem reviews for assigned workstreams, identifying and documenting successful practices and areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both onshore and offshore
- Identify and recommend improvements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies based on project learnings
