Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field PREFERRED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Python, data manipulation and machine learning
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Understanding of statistical methods
- Some knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience working in a BPO or call center environment, either directly or as a support function
- Familiarity with Azure services and best practices for setting up and configuring environments PREFERRED
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Fluent English (B2 Level) is essential
- Either French, German or Spanish is a plus
- Conversant with Agentic AI concepts
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Azure environments for various projects
- Ensure compliance with Azure best practices and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Azure infrastructure
- Maintain Python scripts for data processing, analysis, and automation tasks
- Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation and machine learning
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using appropriate statistical methods
- Interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
- Understand the operational challenges and requirements of BPO/call center environments
- Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the BPO/Call Center
