Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
Around 2+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in data manipulation and basic machine learning workflows
Solid understanding of statistical methods and foundational machine learning concepts
Experience working with or supporting BPO/call center operational environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud infrastructure setup is a plus
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly
Exposure to tools like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts is a plus, with interest in emerging AI technologies

Set up, configure, and maintain Azure environments for data science and analytics projects
Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis
Conduct exploratory and advanced data analysis using statistical methods
Build and support analytical models and workflows that improve operational decision-making and efficiency
Present insights and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure setup, data integration, and ongoing project delivery
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, particularly within BPO or call center environments
Support continuous enhancement of data systems, automation processes, and reporting capabilities
