Requirements
- 3+ years of experience specifically with Google Ads in an advertising agency or product company with concrete results on Tier 1 markets
- Experience working with budgets from $100k/month
- Experience with Google Analytics / Amplitude / Tableau
- Experience optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, ROI/ROR + real experience improving QS
- English Upper-Intermediate +
- Hypothesis-driven approach + data-driven approach
- Ability to analyze competitor strategies and results
- Experience working with other traffic channels (Meta, Tiktok, CPA-networks, Twitter, etc.)
- Mindset of a co-founder/leader, not an executor
- Experience in team management
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing-strategy end-to-end: planning, launching, and scaling campaigns (responsibility for budget and ROMI)
- Work with data daily: monitoring metrics, analyzing cohorts and LTV, identifying anomalies, making decisions based on data, not intuition
- Forming and leading the marketing team as the project scales
