  • 5+ years of commercial product design experience
  • Exposure to growth, experimentation, or optimisation work (ideally)
  • Strong track record of shipping simple, intuitive user experiences that solve real-world problems and move key product metrics
  • Care deeply about quality, balancing visual polish with sharp problem framing
  • Strong interaction and visual design demonstrated in portfolio
  • Clear thinking about hypotheses, user impact, and measurable outcomes
  • Takes initiative, seeks clarity, and drives work forward without needing hand-holding
  • Comfortable owning features end-to-end and navigating ambiguity with confidence
  • Experience contributing to and evolving design systems with engineers and designers
  • Helps shape internal team processes that improve collaboration, quality, and consistency
  • Clear communicator who explains design rationale well and gives actionable feedback
  • Works smoothly with remote teams
  • Low-ego, team-first approach to working with PMs, engineers, and other designers

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from early concept through to polished execution and iteration, with a strong focus on driving measurable growth outcomes
  • Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts to shape feature direction and design decisions
  • Align on discovery efforts, contribute to research plans, run interviews, and translate insights into opportunities
  • Prototype and test ideas at the right level of fidelity for each stage of the process, enabling rapid experimentation and learning
  • Improve core user flows by simplifying complexity and enhancing clarity and usability
  • Contribute to our design system and help raise the bar on design quality and experimentation maturity across teams
  • Refine designs using feedback from customers, product data, and internal input
  • Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and ship high-quality product experiences
