Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience in software engineering with a portfolio of shipping products from scratch
- Experience with NextJS
- Experience with Astro
- Experience with React
- Experience with Webflow ecosystem (CMS, Code Components, Webflow Cloud, Webflow AI)
- Ability to pick up new languages and tools quickly
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Demonstrable workflow using AI agents (Cursor, Claude, or other agentic workflows)
- Ability to defend pragmatic decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build and ship tangible products frequently
- Build complex features or products from scratch
- Adapt to changing goals and refine user experience
- Work across backend, frontend, and database as a full-stack engineer
- Utilize AI agents for architecture and product development
- Effectively manage context to produce high-quality output with low hallucinations from AI
- Understand AI generations and act as the pilot
- Use AI tools to extend existing codebases and build end-to-end solutions faster and with fewer mistakes
- Build and maintain SEO best practices across technical implementation
- Track organic performance impacts on key metrics like conversions, user acquisition, and revenue
