Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, networking, or large-scale infrastructure
- Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or cryptoeconomic systems
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Proficiency in Go
- Experience with Rust is a plus
- Proven experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical and organizational challenges
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core infrastructure, including algorithms and execution frameworks that power automated, cross-chain transaction workflows
- Lead high-level technical decisions, conduct in-depth code reviews, and maintain strong engineering standards across the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product strategy and ecosystem developments
- Optimize system performance to ensure low-latency, high-throughput operations across decentralized networks
- Design and refine economic models, incentive mechanisms, and competition frameworks to sustain network participation
- Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical challenges in real time
