Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of solid experience with ServiceNow implementations and architecture
  • Proven experience as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior ServiceNow Implementer
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and solution architecture design
  • Deep knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, global environments
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing experience
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional specifications
  • Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities
  • Define and evolve the ServiceNow product and solution roadmap in collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed technical specifications
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow products, guiding technical teams and clients
  • Promote best practices and standard configurations, minimizing unnecessary customizations
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, and development teams to define scalable use cases and solutions
  • Support strategic decisions related to platform evolution, governance, and architecture
  • Engage directly with stakeholders in a customer-facing role, ensuring clear communication and alignment
