Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or equivalent) managing enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in the North American enterprise SaaS or technology market
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, including complex deal structuring and negotiation
  • MEDDPICC experience highly valued
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills
  • Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to drive forecasting accuracy and performance optimization
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset and ability to operate in dynamic market conditions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the North American enterprise market
  • Ensure consistent pipeline growth and deal execution
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Shape and refine regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and market expansion goals
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and complex deal negotiation, ensuring accuracy and execution discipline
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights, translating them into actionable sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners across enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Global Sales to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership
