Job Details

5+ years of experience in product design
Strong experience designing financial dashboards, reporting tools, or data-heavy interfaces
Deep understanding of the design thinking process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery
Strong skills in user research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
Excellent visual and interface design capabilities with strong attention to detail and data hierarchy
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and modern design workflows
Experience working in agile environments with multiple concurrent projects and strong prioritization skills
Ability to simplify complex data into clear, intuitive user experiences
Experience with financial SaaS products (nice to have)
Experience with data visualization tools (nice to have)
Experience with vibecoding (nice to have)

Lead the end-to-end design process for finance dashboards and reporting features, from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery
Translate complex financial and operational requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and inform design decisions
Design clear user journeys, service blueprints, and system flows for complex financial workflows
Create advanced data visualizations that simplify complex financial and operational datasets
Produce high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs, iterating based on user feedback and testing insights
Ensure consistency and scalability by contributing to and maintaining the design system
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions
Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
