Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer-facing roles
  • At least 1+ year of experience managing customer stakeholders and project timelines
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations
  • Experience working with CRM or customer systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with data integration concepts including API, file-based transfers, or related technical workflows
  • Experience in HR Tech or HCM systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation processes for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful adoption
  • Scope customer requirements during onboarding to ensure solutions are properly configured to meet business needs
  • Project manage multiple implementation timelines simultaneously, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables across stakeholders
  • Configure and deploy customer solutions following established best practices to maximize product adoption and value realization
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and timely implementation execution
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and provide structured product feedback
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, workflows, and best practices to improve scalability and consistency
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and overall customer experience
