Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery leadership, or similar roles in software environments
- Strong understanding of how modern software systems are built, including full-stack architectures
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js or similar)
- Familiarity with backend systems (REST, GraphQL, microservices)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to write clear and actionable PRDs and technical specifications
- Experience working with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical complexity
- Exposure to deep tech domains such as industrial systems, robotics, energy, or similar environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, including scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Translate client requirements into structured PRDs and detailed technical specifications
- Lead Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and progress tracking
- Act as the main client-facing contact for discovery sessions, updates, and ongoing communication
- Identify and manage scope creep, dependencies, risks, and technical ambiguities early in the process
- Coordinate AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, ensuring output quality and alignment with requirements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including architecture notes, decision logs, and acceptance criteria
- Support pre-sales, scoping, and proposal development when required
