Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or a related field
- Strong willingness to keep learning
- Solid understanding of data-driven marketing
- Familiarity with key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and bROAS, as well as basic funnel concepts
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (must-have)
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools (ideally)
- Ability to set up campaigns in a structured way, manage budgets, define target audiences, and make performance optimisations
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)
- Understanding of UTM parameters and ability to conduct simple funnel analyses
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Excel/Google Sheets (advantage)
- Basic understanding of tracking and attribution (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently – including targeting, bidding, creative selection, as well as the setup and publishing of campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
- Analyse campaign data, derive actionable insights to improve performance (e.g. ROAS, CPA, CTR), and communicate results in a clear and structured way.
- Plan and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and ad copy, and continuously contribute to improving campaign effectiveness.
- Support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as TikTok, Outbrain, or Affiliate, and help drive cross-channel integration.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across the full customer journey.
