Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong foundation in accounting principles
- GAAP familiarity required
- Experience working with financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Comfort analyzing and working with data
- Interest in moving beyond accounting into broader financial analysis and business partnership

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversee key accounting workflows including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Maintain integrity of financial data and ensure transactions are properly recorded and classified
- Continuously improve reporting processes to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency
- Partner with finance and operations on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Analyze revenue drivers, cost structure, and unit economics to generate business insights
- Support development of internal reporting to track key metrics and inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and support scalable growth
- Support audits and tax processes in partnership with external stakeholders
- Help design and implement internal controls and scalable financial processes
- Identify risks and proactively strengthen financial systems and workflows
- Contribute to building a finance function that supports long-term growth
