Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field
- BA degree in a communication-related field
- Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (service industry background a bonus)
- Attention to detail and experience with proofreading
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web applications (along with basic keyboarding skills)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to ensure press release distribution to desired target audience
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the distribution process
- Act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs
- Offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility
