Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer
- Comfortable working on both frontend and backend
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Proficiency in React
- Proficiency in NestJS
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Startup Mindset: High ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Based in Poland with flexibility for partial US time zone overlap
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Fluent in Polish (C2)
- Advanced SQL & Optimization (extra points)
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and handling large-scale datasets (extra points)
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Docker and container-based deployment technologies (e.g. Kubernetes/Fargate)
- Experience with Automated software testing on unit/integration/end-to-end levels
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Real-Time Data integrations and Commission systems, primarily from a backend/data perspective, with exposure to frontend data presentation and interfaces
- Support Incentive programs, including our Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and other new initiatives as they evolve
- Maintain existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems, supporting improvements and incremental development
- Integrate and work with multiple data sources: Build and maintain integrations with external systems and ensure data consistency and reliability across pipelines
- Ensure engineering quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing culture
- Leverage modern tooling and AI: Use AI tools as part of the development process
