Strong technical proficiency and technology leadership skills
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails
Proven experience with CSS
Proven experience with HTML
Proven experience with Javascript
Proven experience with Typescript
Strong backend Ruby on Rails experience is required
React.js experience is required
Demonstrated experience as a strong individual contributor with a track record of delivering results
Agile work ethic and ability to adjust quickly to changes
Hands-on experience handling cloud computing (ideal GCP)
Demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of projects
Align and innovate products, offerings, and engineering technologies
Enable the engineering team to succeed and responsibly deliver high-quality software solutions
Utilize extensive full-stack development knowledge in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, GCP and database engineering to lead by example
Innovate and implement advanced solutions in specialized areas of the technology stack
Commit to and consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers across teams
Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative approaches
Work seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
