Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core infrastructure of the API platform
- Work on Carrier Integrations and partner integrations
- Develop the CoverForce engine and other core features of the product
- Participate in discussions about the structure, models, and synchronicity of the Public facing API
- Research the API of an insurance carrier
- Design a solution to integrate with the carrier
- Design the strategy to develop a unified commercial insurance API to work with multiple carriers
- Build features for enterprise customers that solve their unique needs while being easily re-useable across other customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality, stability, and scalability of our systems
- Conduct code reviews and provide helpful feedback that maintains our high code quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems and continue to support our rapid growth
