Job Details

Current Workday Partner certification (HCM, Financials, or Project Management)
3+ years of experience managing Workday implementations for mid to large enterprise clients
Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, or Financials
Experience in consulting environments, either internally or with a professional services firm
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, payroll, finance, or procurement
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by project needs

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Workday implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met
Develop and manage key project deliverables, including project plans, governance frameworks, issue logs, and staffing strategies
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to secure approvals, resolve risks, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Anticipate scope changes and proactively manage project governance, including change orders and risk mitigation strategies
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, defining delivery approaches, and participating in client discussions
Ensure compliance with implementation methodologies and quality standards while driving client satisfaction and long-term success
