Requirements
- Current Workday Partner certification
- 3+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations
- Experience with consulting, either internally or externally
- Proficient with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft systems
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business areas
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction
- Experience in business development and service sales preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for project needs
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure successful delivery of 2+ Workday projects simultaneously
- Authorize and oversee project charters and governance structures
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to meet milestone deliverables
- Identify and resolve project issues affecting scope and timelines
- Deliver presentations to executive and project teams
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers
- Champion best practices and ensure compliance with project methodologies
- Foster client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
- Develop business proposals and scopes of work when needed
