Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or integration-heavy product areas.
- Strong ability to define reusable capabilities rather than solving isolated feature requests.
- Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity, and prioritization.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and comfort discussing technical trade-offs and system design.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in translating technical work into business value.
- Experience working with APIs, integration systems, and understanding downstream consumer needs.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, API contracts, and system design discussions.
- Data-informed mindset with experience using observability or monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
- Strong judgment in balancing foundational investment versus speed of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Scheduling Platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and long-term value.
- Drive discovery for platform-level opportunities by analyzing user workflows, identifying patterns, and evaluating emerging technologies.
- Partner with internal product teams to identify shared needs and design reusable platform capabilities.
- Prioritize and sequence roadmap initiatives, balancing technical risk, business value, and phased delivery approaches.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to guide architectural decisions, platform investments, and execution planning.
- Communicate platform strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies across product teams, integrations, and data contracts to ensure cohesive platform evolution.
