Experience in financial services, FinTech, or technology-driven industries

Strong capability in defining product strategy, roadmapping, requirements management, and execution

Responsibilities

Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, success criteria, implementation, and launch
Own and drive product initiatives, prioritizing features, issues, and bug resolution
Act as Product Owner within Agile teams, managing backlog, sprint planning, and user stories
Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Lead prototyping, testing, validation, and product acceptance processes
Coordinate closely with project managers and scrum masters to ensure timely delivery
