Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps/Platform, Product)
  • Experience within a high-growth tech startup
  • Technical fluency in areas like containers, clusters, Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform
  • A "Builder" mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and refining processes
  • Data-centric approach, using data and analytics to track pipeline health and inform decision-making
  • High EQ and active listening skills for effective communication
  • Experience with Ashby (bonus)
  • Experience recruiting for open-source technology, developer tools, or Kubernetes-focused companies (bonus)
  • Background in hiring for distributed/remote-first teams (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally, guiding candidates from talent screen through to offer stage.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent from the open-source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities to build high-quality pipelines.
  • Champion the structured interview process, ensuring scorecards are utilized effectively to reduce bias and maintaining data integrity within the ATS (Ashby).
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and making decisions with "customer-centric speed."
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles, acting as a consultant on market trends and closing strategies.
