Job Details

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong record of delivering production-grade applications
Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based AI frameworks, with practical experience deploying them in real-world systems
Strong proficiency in Python
Additional experience or willingness to work in Go-based environments
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure
Solid understanding of DevOps practices
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Docker
Solid understanding of Kubernetes-based deployments
Experience building and maintaining scalable systems in production environments, with a focus on reliability and observability
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities, with a proactive and ownership-driven engineering mindset

Design and implement scalable AI-powered systems, including multi-agent architectures and advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI services, from model selection and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in production environments
Develop high-quality backend and AI-driven services primarily in Python, while collaborating on infrastructure components in Go
Build and maintain production-ready systems on cloud and Kubernetes-based environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Establish best practices for ethical AI development, including privacy, bias mitigation, model transparency, and security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into large-scale infrastructure and user-facing systems
