Requirements

Grade A*/A at A-Level in English
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in fast-paced, live environments
Calm, responsible, and confident in enforcing behavioural guidelines when required
Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
Available to work 3–5 days per week, with flexibility to cover evening lessons

Responsibilities

Participating in the live chat of livestreamed English lessons to provide subject-related responses to student questions
Ensuring adherence to MyEdSpace codes of conduct
Providing real-time support to teachers to help lessons run smoothly
Assisting students with basic technical or access issues during live sessions
Working a minimum of 3 x 1 hr sessions a week
