Responsibilities
- Conduct English screening assessments through live interviews and recorded video submissions
- Evaluate candidates' English proficiency, professionalism, and overall fit for the network
- Provide notes and documentation after each interview
- Guide candidates through the screening process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on screening standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of screening workflows
