Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, and the Microsoft Suite
Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
Detail-oriented, calm, and adaptable professional
Excels in a virtual work environment
Seasoned tax preparer with a strong background in client-focused service

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship
Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation
