Requirements
- Fluent in English (written + spoken professional level)
- Expert in prompt engineering and the current AI ecosystem (LLMs, automated research agents, and workflow tools like Zapier/Make)
- Degree in Law
- Understand legal frameworks but believe traditional legal processes are ripe for disruption via AI
- Enjoy "building the machine" and automating manual processes
- Adaptability to switch between tasks like legal analysis and interviewing
- Owner mindset: doesn't wait for instructions, finds and solves problems
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to work smarter, faster, and better across all workloads
- Research regulations across jurisdictions
- Draft T&Cs, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies
- Navigate psychologist licensing requirements country by country
- Write job posts and screen candidates
- Run first-round interviews and help build the hiring engine
- Manage third-party emails, lead outreach & represent professionally
- Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business needs
- Contribute to social content, copy, and campaign ideas
