12+ years of People/HR experience, with at least 4+ years of HRBP experience, 2+ years experience in a People leadership role

Requirements

  • 12+ years of People/HR experience
  • 4+ years of HRBP experience partnering directly with Executive and leaders
  • HRBP Experience partnering with Sales, Go to Market or Engineering teams (preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in a People leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare, tech and high-growth or startup environments (preferred)
  • Experience with organizational and cultural transformation
  • Strong program management acumen/skills
  • Ability to strike a balance between strategic partnership-building and getting things done
  • Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving capabilities
  • Deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups of people
  • Expertise in building trusting relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Legal)
  • Organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Passion for seeing others grow through coaching, mentoring, and career development
  • Ability to travel and work in office as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders, translating business goals into integrated people strategies that drive organizational health, performance, and scalability.
  • Design and execute progressive talent strategies for client groups, including performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Lead organizational design and change efforts, partnering with leaders to build scalable structures and support smooth transitions.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and drive measurable improvements in team health, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end, managing scoping, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of core people processes.
  • Champion culture and employee experience, ensuring fairness, inclusion, and consistency in decision-making.
  • Be responsible for overall program management for people team initiatives and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other People Team functions and key cross-functional stakeholders to inform the design and implementation of strategic people programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering equity, diversity and inclusion, and belonging. Partner with and support our ERG’s.
  • Use good judgment and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform key business and people decisions.
  • Address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
