Proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles
2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters
Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field
Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset
Comfortable managing metrics to improve performance
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders
Proactive, organized, and hands-on

Responsibilities

Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team
Guide, mentor, and align recruiters to deliver top talent
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide
Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers
Align recruitment strategies with critical business needs
Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion)
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
