  • Proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles
  • 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters
  • Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field
  • Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset
  • Comfortable managing metrics to improve performance
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, organized, and hands-on

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team
  • Guide, mentor, and align recruiters to deliver top talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide
  • Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers
  • Align recruitment strategies with critical business needs
  • Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion)
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
