Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation/Integration Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in API tooling.
  • Knowledge of web fundamentals.
  • At least one server-side programming language.
  • Exposure to database management.
  • Troubleshooting distributed systems.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end technical account management journey for merchants and partners in North America.
  • Lead technical conversations with customer stakeholders on integration strategy and risk management.
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding and translating their operational needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with multiple teams to unblock integrations and ensure timely launches.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end API/payment issues and drive resolution with internal teams.
  • Improve the technical account management playbook through documentation and process automation.
